At Allegorie Group, a well-established communication agency, I had the opportunity to establish and lead a new technology department focused on integrating DevOps & low-code solutions. This initiative was designed to extend our service capabilities, providing innovative technological solutions to internal projects and external clients.

Within this role, I was responsible for shaping the strategic direction and overseeing the development of technologies that complemented our existing strengths in audiovisual production, digital media, and market research. Our goal was to enhance the agency's comprehensive service offerings by merging traditional creative processes with advanced technological tools.

This strategic expansion played a crucial role in strengthening Allegorie Group’s market position. Our commitment to innovation and excellence in integrating new technologies was instrumental in the agency being named the leading communication agency in Algeria in 2023. My role as CTO allowed me to contribute significantly to this success, aligning tech-driven initiatives with the agency's long-term goals.

In my dynamic role at the radio studio, I oversaw technical operations and served as the director, managing a team of directors, technicians, and programmers. I was also responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure essential for radio broadcasting and enhancing our digital and social media platforms.

During my tenure, I spearheaded the complete overhaul and development of the Jow Radio application and website, focusing on optimizing the user experience for our audience.

Furthermore, I was instrumental in creating 11 out of the current 16 digital music radio stations, implementing automated programming and server management. This initiative greatly expanded our digital footprint, leading to a significant increase in engagement with over 2 million monthly sessions across all platforms.
